Use folders for projects and colored labels for topics or reading status. A paper can belong in more than one place.
Select papers and add them to a folder. Use subfolders for a more detailed structure.
Mark papers as To read, Reviewed, or Key paper. Use colors to tell your labels apart.
MANAGE YOUR ORGANIZER
Search, rename, pin, or merge them from one place.
SMART FOLDERS
Choose a rule, such as a label or year. A smart folder automatically gathers matching papers as your library grows.
For example: gather every paper labeled To read in one folder.
03 LIBRARY SEARCH
Search by title, author, journal, or year. Use folders, labels, and filters to narrow the results.
Try title:CRISPR year:2014 to find CRISPR papers from 2014.
04 REFERENCE DETAILS
Review a reference, fill in missing information, and check the citation preview before saving.
Use Auto Update on one reference or a selection to look up missing metadata.
Edit a title, fix its casing, and check the authors, journal, and publication details in one editor.
Matching references are merged during import, keeping repeat imports from cluttering your library.
05 DATA EXPORT
Export selected references or the current list. Move them to another reference manager, work with them in a spreadsheet, or keep a LumaCite backup.
MAKE ROOM FOR YOUR RESEARCH
